How do I order?

Ordering your celebration cakes has never been easier!

Step 1: Choose your design, size, flavour & personalisation. You can even upload your own image for an edible print!

Step 2: Add to cart, choose your store for collection & pick up date.

Step 3: Head to checkout and pay - you will receive an immediate receipt via email and an order confirmation within 24 working hours & your order will be ready in store on your chosen day.

  • Edible Images

    Most of our designs have the option to add edible printed images. Simply select from optional extras & upload your bright, high quality image.

  • Failed Payments

    Having trouble checking out? Make sure the tick box isn't selected after entering your card details - then enter your billing address.

  • Short Notice

    You can order online with as little as 2 working days notice. Is your date not available? Give the store a call to see what they can do to help.

  • Personalised

    Can't find the right design for you? Give the store a call to enquire about bespoke designs.

Having trouble at checkout?

Your checkout page should look like this. After entering your card details, enter your billing address, if no option is given, untick the shown tick box.

This must match the address your card is registered to, otherwise payment will fail security checks.

Failed payments will show in your bank and get returned shortly, if you did not receive an order confirmation your order was not placed.
